Okay, as all my family and friends know, I'm an avid recipe collector.  Whether they are family recipes, clipped from magazines, cookbooks, recipe cards from our local grocer, or from the internet; if I think I'll like them, I'm going to keep them.  Years, stuffed drawers, boxes and bookcases later; I decided I had to do something different.  I was getting overwhelmed trying to find that particular recipe that I or someone else wanted.  My solution was simple, post 'em here.  Granted it's going to take forever and a day for me to post my favorite ones, or for that matter, to decide which ones to post, as I truly like them all.  All recipes that you will find here, I have personally made and found them to be worthy of posting.  I hope that you will enjoy them as much as I have.
